Below is a list of things to do in the area, but first, here are our highly recommended 'must visit' highlights:

You're on vacation, treat yourself to some serious pampering! How does an aromatic massage or a chocolate body wrap sound? Check out the wonderful Spa Treatments at the Brudenell River Resort

What about a real island adventure on the ocean? Bar clamming, lobster or mackerel fishing and river cruises? The folks at Tranquility Cove Adventures will be pleased to create an exciting day excursion for you. It will leave from Georgetown, just 5 minutes away! From there you can cruise to an uninhabited island to dig giant bar-clams on the sand spits and later cook your catch. Your crew will demonstrate hauling a lobster trap, a crab trap and mussel sock. They are environmentally friendly and use bio diesel.

Don't miss this one! Unforgettable island beauty at the Greenwich Dunes. Just a leisurely 30 minute drive from here and our favourite place to go walking - just heaven! Fabulous trails, an interpretation centre and visitor facilities which are powered by wind and solar energy.

A fabulous experience of a lifetime on a trip above PEI in a float plane with Tartan Air. As you lift off from the water you will be whisked at 500 feet over the lush green fields, red cliffs and golden beaches of this beautiful Island known as the "Garden of the Gulf".

We are just 5 minutes from Georgetown with beach, ocean front boardwalk, two amazing restaurants and wonderful, historic theatre. Whilst visiting Georgetown, don't forget to visit Mayor and artisan Peter Llewellyn at his craft studios Shoreline Designs.
